These Terms of Service govern your use of services from Solis Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company servicing Somerset County and surrounding areas.

SERVICES

We provide residential and commercial landscaping services including lawn cutting, hedge and shrub trimming, spring and fall cleanups, and related services as agreed with each customer. Service scope, frequency (weekly or bi-weekly), and pricing are confirmed at intake or by quote.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Invoices are issued per service or on a recurring schedule. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of service.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Services may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment, or operational reasons. We will notify you of changes by text, email, or phone. Customers may cancel scheduled service with reasonable notice; recurring services may be paused or terminated by either party with notice.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Solis Landscaping LLC about your service schedule, schedule changes, billing, and seasonal updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

LIABILITY

We carry liability insurance and perform services with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, damage from weather or third parties, or items left in service areas (e.g., toys, sprinkler heads, garden decor) that were not flagged before service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Somerset County, NJ.
